【摘要】企业核心竞争力的源泉就在于企业文化，而企业文化是由一个团队塑造出来的企业精神。尊重个人与个性、理性与非理性；采取“人性”的方式、方法管理，将进一步促进企业文化的建设，再通过企业文化来影响职工的思维模式，使其更好地融入企业文化中去。%The core competitiveness of enterprise originates from enterprise culture which is tile enterpnse spirit modeled by a team. The humanized management methods are employed and both individuality and personality, rational and irrational are respected so as to foster the construction of enterprise culture which in turn influences employees＇ thinking mode and makes them integrate into the enterprise culture better. 【总页数】3页(30-32)
