【摘要】目的:Annexin I是钙磷脂结合蛋白家族的一员,探讨Annexin I在慢性鼻咽炎、鼻咽癌组织中的表达及与鼻咽癌多项临床病理特征的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测Annexin I在慢性鼻咽炎、鼻咽癌组织中的表达.结果:①Annexin I在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率为29.55%,明显低于其在慢性鼻咽炎组织中的阳性表达率93.33%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01).②Annexin I的表达与鼻咽癌的组织分化程度有关(P<0.01),与临床分期、颅神经侵犯、颈淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05).结论:Annexin I在鼻咽癌中的表达明显下调,鼻咽癌中Annexin I的表达与组织分化程度密切相关,Annexin I可能与鼻咽癌的发生发展有关.%Objective: Annexin Ⅰ is a member of the calcium and phospholipid-binding proteins superfamily. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of Annexin Ⅰ in chronic nasopharygitis and nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the correlation between the expression of Annexin Ⅰ and the clinical pathological features of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method: The expression of Annexin Ⅰ were detected using immunohistochemical staining (SABC). Result: ①The Annexin Ⅰ labeling frequency (29.55％ ) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that (93.33％ ) in chronic nasopharyngitis group ( P ＜ 0.01 ) ,② Annexin Ⅰ expression
in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was correlated with histological grade ( P ＜ 0.01 ), but not correlated with clinical stage, cranial nerve encroaching and lymph node metastases (P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion: The expression of Annexin Ⅰ is obviously down-regulated in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its expression is related with the histological
