前 言
为规范国家电网公司IMS行政交换网建设,统一国家电网公司各单位行政电话交换网的设备要求,确保IMS行政交换网建设期间业务的连续性和全网的互通性,制定本部分。
《IMS行政交换网设备》标准分为4个部分: ——第1部分:核心网设备;
——第2部分:会话边界控制设备(SBC); ——第3部分:接入设备; ——第4部分:SIP终端。
本部分为《IMS行政交换网设备》标准的第3部分。 本部分由国家电网公司信息通信部提出并解释。 本部分由国家电网公司科技部归口。
本部分起草单位:国网智能电网研究院、国网华东分部、国网江苏省电力公司、中国信息通信研究院。
本部分主要起草人:卜宪德、吕立冬、李炳林、周立逾、田文锋、郭经红、缪巍巍、李伟、赵宏昊、曲振华、张浩、姚继明。
本部分首次发布。
本部分在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至国家电网公司科技部。

本部分规定了国家电网公司(以下简称公司)IMS行政交换网接入设备的设备功能、业务功能、信令协议、性能、可靠性、接口、硬件、软件、网管、环境电源及安全等技术要求。
本部分适用于公司IMS行政交换网的接入设备。 2 规范性引用文件

接入设备 access equipment
用于POTS终端、传真机接入IMS的设备,包括AG和IAD。 3.2
数图 digit map
存储在接入设备中的用户拨号方案,主要用于匹配用户的拨号规则。

级联功能 concatenation function
多台接入设备通过下行网络接口实现串联,然后通过其中一台设备接入到IMS核心网中,多个设备一般安装在不同位置,为不同区域的用户提供接入服务。

堆叠功能 stacking function
多个功能一致的接入设备集中作为一个整体统一提供服务,实现用户容量的扩充,并可实现本设备下用户之间的自交换。 4 缩略语
