摘要
科学技术和社会生产的不断进展,对机械产品的性能、质量、生产率和本钱提出了愈来愈高的要求。机械加工工艺进程自动化是实现上述要求的重要技术方法之一。他不仅能够提高品质质量和生产率,降低生产本钱,还能改善工人的劳动条件。为了适应机械工业这种进展趋势,因此对机械制造中的重要工艺装备——机床夹具,在设计、制造、结构型式上就提出更高的要求。
文章总结分析了机械CAD/CAM、数控技术与CAXA软件的综合应用与拓展,通过对调剂弹簧下座铣扁夹具的设计,来达到对机械设计的全方面了解,让咱们充分学习识图画图编程与加工等一系列等机械设计的规程与操作。此设计将数控加工技术、机械制造工艺、CAM 和CAXA等相关专业知识系统地结合起来,使加工程序加倍简练,加工进程加倍精准,加工工艺加倍周密。让咱们了解到在生产进程中不单单是合理的编辑程序能够提高数控车床的加工效率,而且选择合理的加工工序也是能够事半功倍。比如说选择合理的夹具,提高工件的装夹效率。在机械制造各行业的工艺进程中普遍应用各类不同的,用以固定加工对象,使之占有正确位置,以便同意施工的一种工艺装备,统称为夹具。因此,不管是在机械加工,装配,查验,仍是在焊接、热处置、热工艺中,和运输工作中都大量采纳夹具。他在保证产品优质,高产,本钱低,充分发挥现有设备的潜力,一边工人把握复杂或周密零件加工技术,以减轻繁重的体力劳动的诸方面起着庞大作用。因此机床夹具的设计和利用是增进生产迅速进展的重要工艺方法之一。
本次毕业设计是为了让咱们能综合运用机械制造工艺学中的大体理论,并结合生产实习中学到的实践知识,独立的分析和解决工艺问题,具有设计一个中等复杂程度零件的工艺规程的能力和运用夹具设计的大体原理和放法,拟定夹具设计方案,完成夹具结构设计的能力,也能熟悉和运用有关手册、图表等技术资料及编写技术文件等大体技术的一次实践。
