多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘70例

【摘要】目的探讨多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月~2013年1月收治的70例支气管哮喘患者，分为观察组和对照组，每组35例，对照组患者采用多索茶碱治疗，观察组患者采用多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗，治疗2w后对两组患者的情况进行分析。结果观察组患者的有效率为94.29%，对照组患者的有效率为82.86%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。相比治疗前，两组患者的肺通气指标均有不通程度的改善（P＜0.05），观察组患者的各项指标改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论针对支气管哮喘，通过多索茶碱联合布地奈德进行治疗，临床疗效显著，由于单独用药的效果，患者的肺通气指标改善明显，适合在临床上推广应用。%Objective To investigate Doxofyl ine budesonide treatment of bronchial asthma clinical results.
