《临床证据》与循证医学教育

【摘要】运用最好的证据指导临床实践是循证医学的核心理念.本文阐述了由英国医学杂志出版集团开发的国际性循证医学资源<临床证据>在循证医学中的地位和对医生临床实践的影响.并提出以<临床证据>为核心开展相关的循证医学教育,使临床医生熟悉循证医学的基本理论和方法,学会使用<临床证据>所提供的最佳证据指导自己的临床实践.%To apply the best evidence to guide clinical practice is the core idea of the evidence-based medicine. In this paper we discussed the development of Clinical Evidence published by British Med-ical Journal Publishing Group and its effect on clinical practice. We proposed that evidence-based medical education could be carried out based on Clinical Evidence so as to make clinical doctors know the basic the-ory and methods of evidence-based medicine and learn to use the best evidence in Clinical Evidence to guide clinical practice.
