品管圈模式对提高女性首发精神分裂症患者健康教育知晓

【摘要】目的：探讨品管圈活动对提高女性首发精神分裂症患者健康教育知晓率的影响。方法对200例女性首发精神分裂症患者实施品管圈活动管理，于活动前及活动2周后采用健康教育调查问卷调查患者的健康教育知晓率，采用患者满意度问卷调查患者的满意度。结果活动2周后，患者健康教育知晓率及满意率较活动前显著提高（ P＜0．05或0．01），均达到预期标准。结论品管圈活动能有效改进护理工作方法，提升患者对健康教育的知晓率和满意度，提高护理质量。%Objective To explore the effects of quality control cycle (QCC) activities on awareness rate of health education of female first‐episode schizophrenics .Methods QCC activity managements were carried out in 200 female first‐episode schizophrenics ,awareness rates of health education surveyed before and af‐ter 2 week QCC activities using the Health Education Questionnaire (HEQ) and patients’ satisfactions u‐sing the Satisfaction Questionnaire (SQ) .Results After 2 week QCC activities patients’ awareness rates of health education increased more significantly (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) and so did patients’ satisfaction (P<0 .01) compared with pre‐activity ,both achieved expected standard .Conclusion QCC activities effectively improve
