【摘要】Objective:To study and analyze the effect of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum inflammatory cytokine after initial periodontal treatment in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic periodontitis?Methods:There were 60 pa?tients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with chronic periodontitis as the study group and 60 cases with healthy periodontal as control group?The periodontal status,HbA1c concentration and serum inflammatory cytokines situation of two groups were observed and detected?Results:IL?6,TNF?α,CRP content and HbAlc content of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group before initial periodontal treatment,

significant

<0?05 )?Compared with the control group,IL?6,TNF?α,CRP content and HbAlc content of patients in the study group were signifi?cantly decreased after initial periodontal treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0?05)?Conclusion:The initial periodontal treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic periodontitis can reduce the content of glycosylat?ed hemoglobin and serum
