【摘要】目的：探讨PCR技术在结核病诊断中的价值。方法：收治结核病患者282例，分析其临床资料，同时与浓缩集菌涂片法进行对比。结果：PCR法的阳性率明显高于浓缩集菌涂片法(χ2=12.397，P＜0.05)。检测中发现，浓缩集菌阳性的标本，PCR法也均为阳性，敏感度100%。结论：PCR技术在结核病诊断中具有重要的价值。%Objective:To discuss the value of PCR in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods:282 patients with tuberculosis were selected.We analyzed the clinical data and compared the concentration of smear technique.Results:The positive rate of PCR was significantly higher than that of condensing method(χ 2=12.397,P<0.05).In the detection,condensing bacteria samples were positive,PCR were positive,and the sensitivity was 100%.Conclusion:PCR plays an important role in the diagnosis of tuberculosis. 【总页数】2页(117-117,119) 【关键词】结核病;PCR技术;诊断 【作者】卞永娟
