毕业设计(论文)-某企业电镀车间通风除尘系统设计

随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,工作人员对自己的身心健康要求越来越高,同时更加关注工作环境。工业通风是通风工程的重要部分,其主要任务是降低工作环境中的粉尘浓度、有害气体等,创造良好的生产环境和保护大气。做好工业通风工作,一方面能够改善生产车间及其周围的空气条件,防止职业病的产生、保护人民健康、提高劳动生产率;另一方面可以保证生产正常运行,提高产品质量。如何做好工业通风除尘,职业安全健康管理以及环境保护是我们安全工作人员的一项重要职责。
此次毕业设计针对某企业电镀车间进行通风除尘系统设计。通过对该企业电镀车间各工段进行危险有害因素辨识,找出问题所在,采取有效措施将污染物进行收集、净化并排至室外,控制车间的粉尘浓度,提高车间的空气质量,使车间内有害物浓度低至国家卫生标准规定的最高允许浓度以下。本研究通过对车间内有害因素进行分析,根据分析结果,设计通风系统。

With economic development and people's living standards improve, the staff of their own physical and mental health have become increasingly demanding, and more attention to the work environment. Industrial Ventilation Ventilation is an important part of the project, whose main
task is to reduce the concentration of dust in the working environment, harmful gases, to create a good production environment and protection of the atmosphere. Industrial ventilation work to do, on the one hand to improve plant production and its surrounding atmospheric conditions to prevent the generation of occupational diseases, protecting people's health, improve labor productivity; on the other hand can ensure normal operation of production, improve product quality. How to industrial ventilation and dust, occupational safety and health management and environmental protection is a safety of our staff is important duties.
The graduation design for ventilation and dust removal system design an enterprise plating shop. Workshop harmful substances by the enterprise electroplating workshop each station identification of hazardous and harmful factors, identify problems and take effective measures to collect pollutants, purifying side by side outdoors, plant control dust concentration, improve air quality workshop, so
concentrations as low as the national health standards for the maximum allowable concentration less. This study of the workshop harmful factors were analyzed, according to the results of the analysis, design of ventilation systems. Keywords: electroplating workshops, dust, ventilation dust
