建材物流中心设施规划与布置设计
摘 要
随着全球经济的持续发展，现代物流业作为具有广阔前景和增值功能的新兴复合型产业越来越受到世界各国的重视，并在全球范围内获得迅速发展。目前，发达国家的物流成本占GDP的比重一般在10％左右，而我国约占20％，物流成本过高已经成为制约我国经济快速发展的一个重要瓶颈，因此加快发展物流产业，降低流通总成本，无疑将成为我国新的经济增长点。
本课题的背景项目是哈尔滨百盛建筑建筑建筑材料物流中心的设施规划。研究的目的主要是探讨工业工程中的SLP(Systematic Layout Planning，系统布置规划)方法和思想在建材物流中心的规划中的应用。SLP方法在工业工程领域用于工程布置，是一种条理性很强的技术，在工厂平面布置设计领域获得极其广泛的运用。结合物流技术，研究SLP方法在物流中心平面布置设计的可行性，目的是将SLP技术应用于物流中心设施规划，作为物流中心布局设计的理论基础。通过对物流中心的合理设计和布局规划，实现以最低的投入建设满足目前和将来一定时期内需要的建材物流中心，并以低的运作成本和高的运作效率来运作。
