【摘要】Objective To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in JingTong Granules by HPLC.Methods HPLC was carried out on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), with methanol and 0.5 % acetic acid (30:70,v/v) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 321 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 9.88-29.64μg/mL for ferulic acid. The correlation coefficient (R) was 0.9997. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 96.80 %.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of JingTong Granules.%目的 建立颈痛颗粒中阿魏酸含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(30:70,v/v)为流动相,检测波长为321 nm.结果 阿魏酸的含量在9.88~29.64μg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率96.80%.结论 该方法简单、准确,可用于颈痛颗粒的质量控制. 【总页数】3页(39-41)
