Operation characteristics:
一、 采用进口技术的PLC和电磁阀开关控制，执行动作程序全自动，使其操作简单，只许按下开关即可。

二、射芯自动定量供砂，实行智能控制，可单孔或多孔同时射砂，射砂头位置可调。

三、芯盒水平垂直分型，自动顶芯和抽芯，快慢可控制，抽芯和固化时间可设置。

主机的结构由上部横梁中部立柱和导柱拖板以及下部的底座组成。全部采用型钢和钢板焊接而成，具有足够的刚度和强度，以确保各部件工作平稳。砂斗部件和压紧气缸安装于横梁上面，动模随动模板一起沿导柱进出滑动。

砂斗部件位于主机的上部，用来储存和提供覆膜砂，覆膜采用气力送砂机将覆膜砂送入斗内，砂子便自动流入射砂筒内。

当射砂筒处于供砂位置时，自动闸板会打开向射砂筒内加砂，并自动限制加砂量。砂筒受移动气缸作用，移到射砂位置，借助于压紧气缸将射砂板紧紧地压在芯盒的上平面，再打开射砂滑阀，储气 包内的压缩空气迅速涌入射砂筒，把砂子吹入芯盒型腔，射砂筒在弹簧力的作用下抬起，然后小车回到加砂口位置。
