掌侧入路“T”形锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折

【摘要】Objective To study the clinical value of applying T-shaped locking plate internal fixation via volar approach in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods 72 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated by volar approach and internal fixation with T-shaped locking plate in our department from January 2006 to October 2010, of which 64 cases were followed up. The clinical data of the 64 cases were studied retrospectively. Results The 64 cases were followed up for 6 to 14 months, with an average of 9.6 months. X ray showed that all the 64 patients got union in 3 months without losing restoration. According to Aro's evaluation of the distal radial fracture, 45 cases were graded as excellent, 13 cases as good, 4 cases as passable, and 2 cases as poor. The good rate is 90.6%. Conclusion Volar approach can be used to restore the normal anatomic structure of the distal radius easily. Internal fixation with T-shaped locking plate is simple and reliable with low possibility of losing restoration, which is beneficial for early postoperative function.%目的 探讨掌侧入路“T”形锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效.方法 2006年1月至2010年10月我院采用经掌侧入路关节外复位、“T”形锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端不
稳定骨折72例,对获得随访的64例患者进行回顾性研究.结果 64例患者获6～14个月随访,平均9.6个月.X线显示,3个月内骨折全部愈合,复位无丢失.根据Aro关于Colles骨折复位后的功能评价:优45例、良13例、可4例、差2例,优良率为90.6％.结论 桡骨远端不稳定骨折,经掌侧入路复位,较易恢复桡骨远端正常解剖结构；“T”形锁定钢板固定简单可靠,具有固定后复位不易丢失的特点,有利于术后早期功能锻练,能最大限度的恢复腕关节功能. 【总页数】3页(75-77)
