超声乳化术对高度近视合并白内障患者视觉质量的影响

【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract with high myopia by a contrastive analysis with small incision technique broken nuclear surgery. Methods 72 cataract patients with high myopia were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group , 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with small incision technique broken nuclear surgery, and in the observation group were treated with phacoemulsification.

given
intraocular
lens
implantation surgery. A follow-up of 6 to 12 months were complicated, and the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and complications were recorded. Astigmatism, diopter, central corneal thickness (CCT), corneal endothelial cell (CEC), central macular thickness (CMT) and corneal sensitivity were also analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in BCVA between the 2 groups before treatment ( P>0.05), but BCVA improved significantly after treatment in the two groups (P<0.001), and BCVA in the observation group were higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05).
