MRI动态增强技术对小乳腺癌的诊断价值

【摘要】目的：探讨MRI动态增强技术（DCE-MRI）对小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法以DCE-MRI和彩超分别对2011年1月～2016年5月我院收治的45例小乳腺癌疑似病例进行检查，对比分析两种诊断方法的灵敏度、特异度和准确性。结果 DCE-MRI诊断灵敏度100%、特异度90.0%、准确性98.2%，特异度和准确性与对照组比较P＜0.05。结论以MRI动态增强扫描技术定性诊断小乳腺癌具有高水平的特异性和敏感性，能够较为准确的为小乳腺癌的临床鉴别提供影像学信息。%Objective To investigate the value of MRI dynamic contrast enhancement (DCE-MRI) in the diagnosis of small breast cancer.Methods The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 45 methods of diagnosis of small breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from to January 2011 May 2016 were examined by DCE-MRI and color Doppler ultrasound. Results DCE-MRI diagnostic sensitivity 100%, specificity 90.00%, accuracy 98.2%, speciifcity and accuracy compared with the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion MRI dynamic enhanced scanning technology for qualitative diagnosis of small breast cancer has a high level of speciifcity and sensitivity, and can be more accurate for the clinical identiifcation of small breast cancer to provide imaging information.
