长武县巨家镇心星幼儿园申报普惠性民办幼儿园 自 查 报 告
为了深入贯彻落实《幼儿园教育指导纲要》、《3——6岁幼儿学习与发展指南》精神,进一步规范幼儿园内部管理,提高保教工作质量,促进幼儿教育的健康发展。学校对照长武县教育局关于印发《咸阳市普惠性民办幼儿园认定及管理实施办法》的通知,对幼儿园各项工作进行了评估自查,现将自查情况汇报如下:
一、基本情况
(一)场地园舍和配置设备设施
我园创建于2004年,经长武县教育局批准设立,取得了《办学许可证》及相关部门的证照。幼儿园占地面积1350?,建筑面积268?,户外活动面积1082?。建筑场地独立完整, 教学场所和活动场地平整,无杂物、无污染、无危险。为了让幼儿有更舒适的活动场地,我园于2013年将活动场地铺上了安全环保的绿色仿真草坪。园内还配有电脑、数码相机、音响、电子琴等一套较齐全的现代教学设备, 每班教学用具齐全,配有电视、电子琴、VCD等,并为孩子配备了适合于幼儿年龄特点的室内玩具、大型室外组合玩具,每年都为园添置新的大小型玩具。 这些设备设施很好的为教学服务,并确保全园安全工作,是幼儿学习玩耍的理想乐园。

园内环境优美,设施齐全,办学条件良好。 (二)幼儿园规模及师资队伍情况
我园于2013年成功获得长武县二级幼儿园。 如今现有教职工8人,幼儿106名,设有大、中、小班共3个教学班。
1.幼儿园设有4名专职教师,教师基础知识、基本技能扎实,素质好。 2(2名保育员及2名后勤人员都具有良好职业道德规范,热爱幼教工作,有很强的敬业精神。园内定期对保育员进行卫生保健专业校本培训,提高了保育员的保育能力。
二、卫生保健及安全工作。
新学期开始,根据教学计划要求和学生实际,制定幼儿学期工作计划、月计划、周计划和符合幼儿发展水平的各科保育目标计划。坚持幼儿教师定期学习业务、分析、自查保教计划执行的情况。 (一)安全工作是幼儿园工作的重中之重、头等大事。

(二)落实《幼儿园卫生保健制度》
严格按照执行《幼儿园卫生保健制度》,不断寻找工作中的薄弱环节,采取积极的措施加以调整。在一日活动中,严格落实各项卫生保健制度,坚持每天进行晨、午检,严格执行消毒制度,对室内外环境、玩教具、餐具坚持每日消毒,责任到人、到物;每天对幼儿一巾一杯和所有设施、设备、地面、墙面进行彻底消毒,并定期检查和不定期抽查相结合的方法实行监督。有目的、有计划地培养幼儿形成良好的生活习惯和卫生习惯,如幼儿穿鞋、系鞋带、叠被子、做值日生等竞赛活动。切实抓好传染病的预防工作,坚持卫生保健宣传工作,定期向家长、教师、幼儿宣传卫生、保健知识,利用家园联系栏及时向家长反馈幼儿生活、卫生、健康状况,家园配合更好地促进幼儿身心的健康发展。
三、园务管理。 (一)领导管理
我园认真贯彻落实《幼儿园工作规程》、《幼儿园管理条例》,坚持保教结合的原则,面向全体幼儿,促进幼儿体、智、德、诸方面身心和谐发展。
1(由园长亲自抓幼儿园管理工作,业务副园长负责幼儿园日常保教工作及制度的落实。
2(实行制度化、规范化、科学化管理。

教工作计划和总结。做到《幼儿教师岗位职责》、《一日活动常规》、《课程表》、《作息时间表》上墙,还制定了《安全管理制度》、《卫生保健制度》、《家园联系制度》等。学校定期检查、考核、评估并与教师月考核挂钩。
(2)狠抓师资素质的提高和教育观念的转变。
