HPLC法测定荔之咽滴丸中高车前苷含量

【摘要】 目的建立荔之咽滴丸中高车前苷含量的高效液相(HPLC)测定方法,实现荔之咽滴丸中高车前苷的准确快速的测定.方法色谱柱：Hedera ODS-2(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相：甲醇：0.5%冰醋酸(50：50),柱温：30℃；流速：1ml/min；检测波长：335 nm；进样量：10μl.结果高车前苷在0.20~2.52μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9998；平均回收率为99.80%,RSD为2.35%.结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可以作为荔之咽滴丸中高车前苷含量测定的一种有效方法.%Objective:to establish the assay method for determinating content of Homoplantaginin in the Lizhiyan dropping

Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and specific. And can be considered as an effective method for determinating content of homo-plantaginin in the Lizhiyan dropping pills.
