长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的临床体会

【摘要】目的：探究长效胰岛素联合降糖药口服治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法：2013年8月-2014年1月收治2型糖尿病患者86例，按患者意愿分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用单独长效胰岛素控制血糖，试验组在运用长效胰岛素的基础上联合降糖药口服，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组空腹血糖和餐后血糖控制效果显著，均低于对照组。试验组的血糖控制率91.1%高于对照组的78.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药能有效控制血糖，提高血糖控制率，提高临床治疗效果。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the long-acting insulin combined oral hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes.Methods:86 patients with type 2 diabetes from August 2013 to January 2014 were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the will of patients.The control group adopted single long-acting insulin to control blood glucose and the experimental group adopted oral hypoglycemic drugs on the basis of the use of long-acting insulin.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The fasting blood glucose and the postprandial blood
glucose
in
the
experimental
group
were
controlled
remarkable,which were lower than those of the control group.The
control rate of blood glucose in the experimental group(91.1%) was higher than that of the control group(78.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long-acting insulin combined hypoglycemic drugs could control blood glucose effectively and improve blood glucose control and improve the effect of clinical treatment.
