【摘要】Objective:To analyze the method and curative effect of micropuncture technique puncture in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma combined thrombocytopenia.Methods:According to the results of the CT,28 cases of patients with chronic subdural hematoma were given puncture needle in micropuncture hematoma cavity under local anesthesia and drainage,and part of the patients were injected urokinase into hematoma cavity to dissolve hematoma.The platelet improved drugs and discontinued anticoagulant were supplement postoperative.The platelet count and head CT were reviewed periodically.Results:28 cases of patients were cured by puncture and drainage,and there was no acute intracerebral hemorrhage.After 1 month,the platelet counts were back to normal.Followed-up for 6~9 months,there
was
no
recurrence
of
hematoma.Conclusion:Micropuncture technique puncture in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma combined thrombocytopenia had simple operation and less complications, which relapsed difficultly.%目的：分析微创穿刺引流手术治疗合并血小板减少的慢性硬膜下血肿的方法及
