老年卧床鼻饲患者并发吸入性肺炎的预防和护理对策

【摘要】Objective:to feeding the bedridden elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia and prevention measures are discussed, and the nursing countermeasures were discussed.Methods:selected in our hospital in September 201 4 -201 6 year in July 69 cases of pa-tients with nasal feeding,the care of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.The investigation of patients with aspiration pneumonia,and the nursing effect was analyzed.Results:In 69 patients,there were 2 cases of aspiration pneumonia,the incidence rate of 2.9%.and the rest of the patients were not in the performance of aspiration pneumonia.2 cases of aspiration pneumonia in patients after careful nursing af-ter the disease was improved,no cough,cough,shortness of breath,all patients were recovered.Conclusion:effective preventive meas-ures can reduce the complication rate of aspiration pneumonia,and actively carry out nursing measures can promote the rehabilitation of pa-tients.%目的：对老年卧床鼻饲患者并发吸入性肺炎的预防措施进行讨论，同时对护理对策进行讨论。方法：抽选我院2014年9月－2016年7月间69例鼻饲患者，对所有患者的护理方式进行回顾性分析，调查患者并发吸入性肺炎的情况，同时调查患者疾病转归效果，并对护理效果进行分析。结果：69例患者中有2例出现吸
入性肺炎表现，发病率为2．9％。其余患者均无吸入性肺炎表现。2例吸入性肺炎患者经过精心的护理后病情均改善，无咳嗽、咳喘、气急表现，所有患者均康复。结论：有效的预防措施能够降低吸入性肺炎的并发率，且积极开展护理措施能够促进患者病情康复。 【总页数】2页(24-24,26)
