葡萄糖调节蛋白78在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】目的 探讨葡萄糖调节蛋白(Grp)78在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测60例卵巢癌组织、15例卵巢交界性肿瘤组织、10例正常卵巢组织、10例卵巢囊肿组织Grp78阳性表达情况,分析其表达与卵巢癌临床特征的关系.结果 卵巢交界性肿瘤和卵巢癌组织中Grp78阳性表达率明显高于正常卵巢和卵巢囊肿组织[7/15和68.3％(41/60)比1/10和1/10],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Grp78表达与卵巢癌临床分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P＜0.05),与分化程度呈负相关(P＜0.05),与年龄及腹水无相关性(P＞0.05).结论 卵巢癌组织中Grp78表达呈增高趋势;Grp78的高表达可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展及预后有重要联系.Grp78表达可作为判定卵巢癌发生及淋巴转移能力的一项有效客观指标.%Objective To explore the expression of glucose-regulated protein (Grp) 78 in ovarian cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of Grp78 in 60 cases of ovarian cancer tissue,15 cases of ovarian borderline tumor tissue,10 cases of normal ovarian tissue,10 cases of ovarian cyst tissue,was detected by immunohistochemistry,and analyzed the relationship between its expression and clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer.Results The expression of Grp78 in ovarian borderline tumor and ovarian cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian and ovarian
