TITLE: Processing Of System Production 标题:生产流程 DOC No. FBM-Production REV:A Page 10 of 33 5.2.1.3.4.2The shop floor will pick material from the main warehouse base on the picking list, and then loading it to the machine base on the loading list, in case of using the wrong material, especial for SMT, the planner should urge production people to compare the loading list with the “Estimated material”, this step is more important when produce a new product or the BOM updated to the new one. 生产线领料员根据“Picking list”到主仓库领料,而生产线上操作工领料和上料却根据“loading list”,为了 防止错发,漏发物料而影响生产,添加了校对这一步。这一步骤在新产品第一次上线或者BOM由旧版本更 新成新版本时尤为重要,计划在下了生产指令给生产线后,要督促他们用“estimate material”和“loading list” 作对比,特别是SMT工序的用料。 5.2.1.4 Check the shortage of the production order. 生产订单物料短缺的检查 5.2.1.4.1Before planner releasing the production order to the production lime, should print the shortage report by production order. 计划员在把生产订单发行给生产线之前,应该打印“ 物料短缺”报告,检查一下工单的物料情况。 5.2.1.4.1.1If there is no shortage for this order, then there is no report to planner. 如果对于这张工单,物料没有短缺,计划员不会得到“物料短缺”报告。 5.2.1.4.1.2If has some shortage for this work order, get the shortage report from the system. 如果对于这张工单,物料短缺,计划员得到“物料短缺”报告。与相关采购确认来料状况,并将此情况汇报 给项目经理。 5.2.1.4.1.3PM or planner communicate with the customer, can the product be delay?
