【摘要】Objectives To explore the application of Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,explore its clinical effect and provide reference for clinical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods 82 cases of OSAHS patients from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object,and using MDT model for treatment.The fasting blood

pressure,total
cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels before and after treatment were tested and compared,therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results After treatment,SBP,DBP,GLU,TC,TG levels were significantly decreased,HDL-C levels were increased,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05);the results of the follow-up of 82 patients with OSAHS were:42 cases were developed,31 were effective,9 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 89.02％.Conclusion The clinical application of MDT model in OSAHS had ideal curative effect and good development prospect.%目的 将多学科专家组诊疗模式(MDT)应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低
