【摘要】Objective To explore establishment method of ideal rats model with diabetes complicated with fatty liver .Methods SD rats were induced by high-fat, streptozocin and nicoti-namide.The animal model with diabetes complicated fatty liver induced by streptozocin and nicoti-namide was established.Eight weeks later , the serum of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT), glu-tamic oxalacetic transaminase ( AST ) , fasting glucose ( FPG ) , fasting in-sulin ( FINS ) were measured. And the pathological changes of liver tissues were observed.Results There were markedly changes in blood
glucose
,blood
lipid
and
transaminases
and
similar
histopathology to fatty liver in rats with STZ 50 mg · kg -1 and high -fat.Compared with the other groups , this group is more typical and more
consistent
with
diabetes
and
fatty
liver
pathologic
