左氧氟沙星三联治疗根除幽门螺旋杆菌的临床效果评价

【摘要】目的：在根除幽门螺旋杆菌治疗过程中应用左氧氟沙星三联治疗，并评价其临床效果。方法采取自愿原则在我院2015年5月～2016年4月收治的感染幽门螺旋杆菌患者中随机选取48例，并依据计算机表法将所有患者均分为观察组与对照组，每组24例患者。在治疗对照组患者时应用常规三联疗法，在治疗观察组患者时应用左氧氟沙星三联治疗，将两组患者行不同疗法治疗后的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果经对应方法治疗后，观察组患者的根除率、不良反应发生率显著更优，与对照组进行组间数据对比，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论在根除幽门螺旋杆菌治疗过程中应用左氧氟沙星三联治疗的临床疗效较为确切，根除率较高，不良反应发生几率较低。%Objective To applications in the eradication of helicobacter pylori treatment process levolfoxacin triple therapy, and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods48 cases of Helicobacter pylori infection were selected in our hospital from May 2015 to April 2016, and according to the computer table, all patients were divided into observation group and control group, 24 cases in each group.
