模块化设计法在机械产品设计中的应用

The modular design has become the industrial
modernization, the only way for intelligent, modular products have been deep into all walks of life. Dedicated modular system a higher degree of overall system inheritance is relatively small, in order to ensure the stability of the system, software testing is an important part of the modular development. Modular software, the traditional software testing theory can not be directly used for the testing of the modular software, research modular software testing is important, this article reducer system design, for example, the mechanical CAD system the program modular and functional modular design method were compared and analyzed, offers an innovative design for mechanical products.% 模块化设计已经成为工业现代化、智能化的必经之路,模块化产品已经深入到各行各业。模块化系统的专用程度较高,系统的整体继承性相对较小,为了保证系统的稳定性,软件的测试成为模块化开发的一个重要环节。由于模块化软件自身的特点,传统的软件测试理论不能直接用于模块化软件的测试,因此,研究模块化软件的测试有重要意义。文章以减速器系统设计为例,对机械产品CAD系统的程序模块化与功能模块化设计方法进行了对比分析,为机械产品提供了一种创新设计方法。
