1.0 目的:
编写此协议的目的是帮助****有限公司完成 ****生产操作工艺流程的确认. ****由注塑机注塑成型,注塑机编号为#2-26,使用模具编号为 #271。生产工厂****有限公司。本案将收集并审核相关数据来确认整个系统在生产过程中按照在此之前OQ得到的并预先设定的参数运行,并连续生产出合格的产品。
The purpose of this agreement is to help**** co., LTD. to confirm the production process for **** The canister is molded by injection machine #2-26 and tooling #MD271.This study will collect and review the supporting documentation required to determine and verify that the system and process performs as intended throughout the defined ranges of parameters. This protocol is intended to demonstrate that the process operates as specified and meets the design requirements for control of the operating parameters through the molding of the canister body.
本性能确认过程需要遵循所有相关程序文件,运行参数将按照OQ验证通过的参数进行,运行参数见

All existing procedures shall be followed including all required Quality Control sampling and inspections, the parameters will be set as described in OQ report

背景/过程描述:
混合后的原材料通过吸料机进入料斗中,物料从料斗加入料筒中,料筒外由加热圈加热,使物料熔融,物料在螺杆的作用下,沿着螺槽向前输送并压实,物料在外加热和螺杆剪切的双重作用下逐渐的塑化,熔融和均化,当螺杆旋转时,将熔融的物料推至螺杆的头部,同时完成塑化过程,然后螺杆在注塑油缸的活塞推力下,将熔融料通过喷嘴注射到模具的型腔中,经过保压、冷却、固化定型后,形成产品。冷却是由自来水通过水道在模具完成。注塑成型后,配件通过手工装配。注塑件的质量是由许多因素控制,其中包括料筒温度、浇口温度、冷却水温度、冷却时间等。
最具挑战性的问题与注塑成型的定模和动模是两者之间的配合。塑件尺寸随冷却时间的长短而变化。在模具中冷却的时间越长,它们就越大。所以,合理的注塑参数,是确保产品合格的主要因素。 The injection moulding method of sterile lancet for single use pre-bury is steel needle .add the mixed material into the hopper through the suction machine ,the material slip into the charging barrel,warm the charging barrel to melt the material and then transport and ram them along with the screw channel .Gradually plasticizing ,fusing and homogenize the material with the help of external heating and screw shear,push the fusing material to the top of screw while it turning and finish the plastify process ,finish the inject the fusing material in to mould cavity.the injection molding parts affected by a lot of factors , including barrel temperature , sprue temperature coolant temperature and cooling time,etc .
