X食品公司绩效考核对策研究
摘 要
食品流通业是国家的基础产业。它是国民经济的重要组成部分。为公司设计为合理的绩效考核体系,提高公司和员工的工作绩效,提升公司的整体水平,是公司管理中的一个环节,具有十分重要的意义。公司员工是企业的核心部分,其工作能力对公司核心竞争力有重大影响。因此,建立科学、合理、客观、公正的员工绩效考核方案,对于提高工作效率,增强竞争力具有关键性的作用。本文通过对X食全食美(集团)股份有限公司绩效考核现状研究,针对公司在绩效考核中存在的考核体系不科学,评价指标不合理等不足及产生的原因,提出要建立关键绩效指标体系,确保绩效考核标准的科学合理的对策建议。

Abstract
Food circulation is the basic industry of country and is indispensible part of national economy. As a part of companies’ managements, it has a very important significance to design performance appraisal system suitable for companies, improve the performance level of the companies and employees, and promote the whole level of corporations. Employees are the core part of enterprises and their abilities directly influence the core competence of the companies. Therefore, establishing reasonable and dispassionate performance appraisal system plays a decisive role in improving work efficiency and building up core competence. Through the study of present appraisal of Inner Mongolia Shiquanshimei Ltd, aiming at the deficiencies and the causes existing in the appraisal system and the evaluation index, this text makes suggestions to establish a more refined performance appraisal system which ensures a reasonable standard of performance appraisal.
