早产高胆红素血症患儿脑干听觉诱发电位测听的临床意义

【摘要】To detect and analyze the brain-stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) indicators among premature infants with hyperbilirubinemia (HB). A total of 176 HB premature infants were selected continuously and treated with a test of BAEP indicators. The test of BAEP indicators indicated that ear number of qualified test and pass rate among premature infants, having short gestational age, light delivery body mass, short daily age, and high serum concentration, were significantly less than those among premature infants, having long gestational age, heavy newborn body mass, long daily age, and low serum concentration (F<0. 05). There were no significant differences in BAEP indicators between girl or boy HB premature infants (P>0. 05). The gestational age, newborn body mass, daily age, and serum bilirubin concentration are important risk factors to induce auditory injury among HB premature infants.%检测分析早产高胆红素血症(HB)患儿脑干听觉诱发电位测听(BAEP)指标.连续选择近期在我院住院的早产HB患儿176例,入选对象治疗前接受了BAEP检测.胎龄较短、分娩体重较轻、日龄较小和血清高浓度早产儿BAEP检测通过耳数、通过率均明显少于胎龄较长、出生体重较重、日龄较大和胆红素较低浓度早产儿组(P均<0.05).不同性别早产HB患儿分组BAEP检测指标无明
显区别(P均>0.05).胎龄、出生体重、日龄和血清胆红素水平是早产HB患儿发生听觉损伤的重要危险因素. 【总页数】3页(40-41,53)
