【摘要】Objective To evaluate bilateral tracheal bronchus cases by multislice computed tomography of the chest (MSCT) and bronchoscopy. Methods Eight of 1 382 patients diagnosed as bilateral tracheal bronchi by bronchoscopy were further examined by MSCT. Results Bilateral tracheal bronchus were diagnosed in 7 cases of 8 by both of endoscopy and MSCT examination , including one case indicative of right tracheal bronchus accompanied by atelectasis of the right upper lung by CT and three-dimensional airway reconstruction. This case was suggestive of bilateral tracheal bronchus after obstruction clearing and bronehoseopy examination. All of these 8 cases were diagnosed as asplenia syndrome. Conclusions Bronchoseopy combining with MSCT examination can improve diagnosis in asplenia syndrome with bilateral tracheal bronchi, and may be valuable for the airway management in complex cardiovascular abnormalities corrective operations.%目的 使用多层计算机断层扫描(MSCT)和纤维支气管镜对8例双侧气管性支气管病例进行评估.方法 在接受纤维支气管镜检查的1 382例患儿中有8例诊断为双侧气管性支气管,对此8例同时进行MSCT检查 结果 7例患
