15394例住院患者抗菌药物使用情况分析

【摘要】目的：通过分析三年15394例住院患者抗菌药物使用情况，为临床合理用药以及科学管理提供了参考。方法对2013年-2015年出院的15394份终末病案逐份查询抗菌药物使用记录，统计抗菌药物用药总量，运用 Microsoft office Excel 2003版软件分析评价住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度。结果头孢菌素类药物在用药频度排名中占有重要地位，2013年-2015年住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度呈逐年下降趋势，抗菌药物使用率为39.15%，使用强度为37.83DDDs/100人·天，医院抗菌药物使用率和使用强度均达标。结论医院抗菌药物的使用趋于合理，但仍需加强管理，以确保患者用药合理、安全、有效和经济。%Objective By analyzing the use of antibiotics in three years in 15 394 inpatients, to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and scientific management.
