塑料产品的老化试验介绍 1 概述:
所谓人工光源(实验室光源或人工气候)曝露试验方法,是通过模拟和强化大气环境中一些主要致老化因素,而达到人工加速目的的老化试验方法[1]。由于实际生产中对材料耐候性的评估的急切需求,一些人工光源设备被用来加速老化。这些光源都包括:(经过滤的)宽频氙弧灯、荧光紫外灯、金属卤化物灯(metal halide lamps)和开放式碳弧灯;还有一些不经常使用的光源,它们包括:汞蒸气灯、钨灯(tungsten lamp)[4]。我国1997年颁布的国家标准GB/T 16422-1.2.3(等效ISO 4892,1994)中规定了最常用的氙灯、荧光紫外灯、开放式碳弧灯三种光源的曝露试验方法。 2 通则 A 结果的偏差
鉴于材料在真实环境中老化的复杂性(日光辐射的特性和能量随地点、时间而变化,温度,温度的周期变化等),为减少重复曝露试验结果的差异,在特定地点的自然曝露试验应至少连续曝露两年。经验表明,实验室光源与特定地点的自然曝露试验结果之间的相关性,只适用于特定种类和配方的材料和特定的性能,和其相关性已为过去试验所证实了的场合。 B 试验目的
a 通过模拟自然阳光下长期曝露作用的加速试验,以获得材料耐候性的结果。为了得到曝露全过程完整的特性,需测定试样在若干曝露阶段的性能变化。
