UNITANK工艺在城镇污水厂中的应用

摘要：苏州市某城市污水处理厂第一期建设的生物池采用UNITANK工艺，设计之初执行的是GB18918—2002中一级B排放标准。而随着之后二期改良型UNITANK工艺及三期深度处理的建成，使得最终出水排放标准提升至一级A。通过调整一期各段运行周期，使其达到良好的脱氮除磷效果，出水水质稳定排放。关键词：城市污水处理厂；UNITANK工艺；运行周期；脱氮除磷
Discussion on the Application of Unitank Technology in
Wastewater Treatment Plant

Abstract: Suzhou the ?rst stage of a city sewage treatment plant to use the Unitank process, the design was implemented at the beginning of the GB18918-2002 Level B emission standards. With the completion of the two-phase modi?ed Unitank process and three-phase advanced treatment, the ?nal ef?uent discharge standard is upgraded to a. By adjusting the operation period of the ?rst stage, the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is good, and the ef?uent quality is discharged stably.

0 引言
苏州某城市污水处理厂一期规模为5.5×104m3/d，采用UNITANK工艺(交替式活性污泥法)，共四组，每组由三个矩形池串联组成，每个矩形池内设有1台表面曝气机和4台充氧搅拌设备，每个池子均有进水口。交替式生物处理池按固定周期进行，系统中省去传统工艺中的初沉池和污泥回流设施，节约了占地面积，如图1所示。
1 工程概况
1.1 设计规模及水质
该污水处理厂一期设计处理规模5.5×104m3/d，设计进出水水质见表1。
1.2 主要构筑物及设计参数
该厂UNITANK处理单元由四组组成运行，如图1所示。
