【摘要】目的 探讨Ki67在急性白血病中的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫细胞化学染色测定骨髓单个核细胞中Ki67的表达.结果 急性白血病细胞表达Ki67的水平高于对照组(P<0.01),且其高表达患者临床缓解率(CR)低于低表达者(P<0.05).结论 提示Ki67标记指数可以作为反映急性白血病细胞增殖状态及预测临床疗效的一种检测指标.%Objective To explore the role of Ki67 expressed in adult patients with acute leukemia. Meth-ods The expression of Ki67 in bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNC) were analyzed by immunocytochemical staining. Results The expression of Ki67 in BMMNC from acute leukemia cells was significantly higher than the control(P <0. 01) ,and the CR rate in Ki67 labelling index high group was significantly lower than that in low group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ki67 labelling index can be used as an index for the proliferative status of acute leukemic blasts and predict the clinical response to the treatment of acute leukemia. 【总页数】2页(10-11)
