四个山区县肺结核患者疾病经济风险及其影响因素分析

【摘要】目的:探讨我国山区肺结核患者疾病经济风险及其影响因素.方法:采用双向队列研究,对福建省、重庆市4个山区县/区2008年12月1日至2009年6月30日确诊的429例肺结核患者问卷调查,单因素和多因素分析患者疾病经济风险影响因素.结果:研究对象人均疾病直接经济负担为2 177元,疾病直接经济负担平均占家庭年收入的22.8%.分析结果显示,距确诊机构远、农民、老年人、贫困户、家庭收入低、劳动力少、确诊前多次就诊和无医疗保险等是研究对象高疾病经济风险的危险因素(P<0.05).结论:研究对象疾病经济风险高,对低收入家庭患者可能是灾难性的.%Objective: To study the level of economic risk of disease (ERD) and its influencing factors among pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients in Chinese mountainous areas.Methods: An ambispective cohort study, using questionnaire interview, was conducted in 4 mountainous counties or districts of Fujian Province and Chongqing City.A total of 429 PTB patients diagnosed from Dec 1st, 2008 and June 30th, 2009 were interviewed.Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed to find the influencing factors of ERD.Results: The average direct economic burden of disease among the subjects was ￥2 177, accounting to 22.8％ of the annual family income averagely.Analysis results showed that being far away from county
