2.1 水质要求Water Quality Requirement:

理化指标: PH值:5.5—7.5 电导率:≤20us/cm 浊度:≤0.5NTU。

其他用水 如:喷淋隧道 缩标炉 等可以用 经过过滤处理的井水。 Other water, such as: spray tunnel, shrinkage standard furnace can be used after filtering well water.
2.2 配料Ingredient:
2.2.1 配料之前首先确认,所需要的罐是否已CIP清洗,如果已经清洗,将化糖罐内加入300L的纯净水,然后打开加热,待水温达到85度左右时,开启搅拌,把称好的白糖缓慢的倒入罐内,这时要打开罐顶循环阀门及出料阀 出料泵让其循环搅拌10min.等待出料。 Confirm first before ingredients, if the needed tank has CIP cleaning, if has been cleaned, then add 300 litres of pure water into the sugar tank, and then open the heating, start up stirring while water temperature reaches 85 degrees, and then pour down slowly the weighed sugar into the tank, at this time, the circulation valve and discharge valve at the top of the tank should be opened, then the discharge pump stir up 10 minutes. 2.2.2 检查过滤器内有无过滤袋,过滤袋是否清洗干净(如果没有清洗应先清洗)。

2.2.3 将调配罐内加入200L纯净水,(进水前注意关闭罐下的出料阀门及排污阀门)然后打开搅拌。并且打开罐顶的进料阀门。准备就绪后,关闭化糖罐顶部的循环阀门,糖浆打到调配罐,完成后加入约100L水将管道内的余糖 顶到调配罐。(用热水)完成后关闭出料泵及出料阀。

Preparation is done, turn off the circulation valve at the top of sugar tank, the syrup goes into Blending tank, after that, put 100L water into the pipe in case to clean off the residual sugar of the pipe to the tank finally (hot water), turn off outlet pump and valve after finished.
2.2.4 将称好的其他辅料放到指定的容器中用热水依次化开 搅拌均匀后缓慢的倒入调配罐中。

2.2.5 全部配料添加完成后,加入纯净水定容,罐内液位到达指定位置后,关闭进水阀门,搅拌10min后,检测理化指标,是否合格,如果不合格要及时调整,直到合格为止。合格后通知混合机工序,准备好出料。

2.3 CIP 清洗 CIP washing
每次生产结束后或长时间(一周)不生产,再生产前都需要进行三步法清洗 即 水→碱→水。 大于一周未生产,开机前 则用五步法清洗 即 水→碱→水→酸→水。 具体步骤如下:
