基于运动精度改善的曲柄摇杆式分插机构弹性动力优化设

【摘要】Since the shortage of traditional design method on transplanting mechanism of high speed crank-rocker style, this paper makes an elastic dynamic analysis of the mechanism. Combined with motion precision improving and optimization method, a dynamic error offset of transplanting precision at the endpoint of transplanting arm was made. Its distortion of key working position is reduced obviously, and the mechanism weight is lightened. A new way is proposed for designing a high speed mechanism.%传统设计方法在高速曲柄摇杆式分插机构设计上存在不足.该文对该机构进行了弹性动力学分析,结合运动精度改善法及优化方法,对该机构栽植臂端点的栽插精度进行动态误差补偿,显著降低了栽植臂端点在关键工作位置的失真量,并减少了机构的质量,为高速曲柄摇杆式水稻插秧机分插机构设计提供了一种思路. 【总页数】3页(115-117)
