【摘要】Abstract Objective To investigate a highly sensitive and specific blood marker, it can earlier examine and diagnose a patient with unstable angina. Methods 200 patients with unstable angina were divided into two groups, one group had no angina before 24 hours and second group had angina before 24 hours. Respectively took its blood into be measured the TNT or CK - MB levels, studying its postive rate,specificity and sensitivity. Results TNT positive rate: 84.5 %, Specificity:84.5 rate:34.6%

appeared tohave a high predictive value that MI occurred, its senfitivity is 100% .TNT-negative value indicates very little risk of MI occurrence;TNT is the highly sensitive and specific blood marker as myocardial cell was injured. It can eraly foresee that the patient's tiny thrombus is formed. It is the marker which excludes patients' myocardial infarction. 【总页数】2页(31-32)
