三阶段序贯复位治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗

【摘要】目的 评估三阶段序贯复位治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的疗效.方法 确诊后半规管BPPV患者60例,采用改良李氏手法复位联合后续2次Epley手法复位的序贯复位方法治疗,评估治疗后1个月及6个月的疗效.结果 治疗后1个月,治愈54例,好转6例,男性与女性治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,治愈50例,好转10例,男性治愈率高于女性(93.5% vs.72.4%)(P<0.05).结论 三阶段序贯复位治疗后半规管BPPV能够获得良好的疗效,男性患者效果更佳.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of three-stage sequential restoration therapy in treating posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods Sixty patients with posterior semicircular canal BPPV were treated with three-stage sequential restoration therapy,which included first-day's Li maneuver and subsequent two day's Epley maneuver.Clinical efficacy was evaluated in the 1stand 6thmonth after treatment.Results In the 1stmonth after treatment,54 cases were cured and 6 cases improved markedly without difference in the curative rate between male and female patients(P>0.05).In the 6thmonth after treatment,50 cases were cured and 10 cases improved markedly with a higher curative rate in
