【摘要】In order to adapt to the construction technology of splitting large sectional conductor, the hot rolling pulley used in transmission line stringing pulley wire rope pulley was introduced. Through the contrast analysis of pulley technology, highlight the advantages of hot rolling process, then the pulley material selection and strength check, reasonable selection of hot rolling pulley for wire pulley wire rope pulley, the results show that hot rolling pulley has prominent advantages, significant in splitting large sectional conductor transmission line project construction application.%为了进一步提高电网规划水平，文章针对规划管理中存在的薄弱环节，采取创新管理机制和体系，完善两个制度、推出三个创新、强化四个层面的机制，并应用工业园电网专项规划，提高园区电网发展水平。
