可编程控制器通过对一次网电动调节阀的调节,二次网循环泵、补水泵变频器的控制,实现了多种供热模式的自动运行。供热的调节模式有改变二次网供水温度的质调节,改变二次网供水流量的量调节,改变温度和流量的联合调节几种模式。通过调节一次网电动调节阀改变二次网供水温度,供水温度可根据室外温度自动调节再复合时间修正,也可设置固定的数值。通过调节循环泵变频器改变二次网供水流量,变频器可由供水压力设置也可由供回水压差设置。换热机组的全自动控制提高了热量的利用率,提高了供热质量,通过变频器的使用也节省了电能。三、现场全自动无人值守控制方案
通过一次网电动调节阀控制二次网供水温度,并可进行室外温度补偿功能,根据二次网供回水压差或温差作为反馈信号,循环泵采用变频控制,二次网实现变流量控制,因此换热机组可在“大温差,小流量”节能状态下运行。根据二次网回水压力作为反馈的信号,补水泵采用变频补水;补水箱液位传感器可自动控制水箱液位,而且具有低液位保护功能;二次回水管路可加装泄压电磁阀,如二次回水压力超过设定值,电磁阀自动开启进行泄压至安全值后自动关闭;机组开机后可按预先设定好程序
