【摘要】Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of early rehabilitation guidance on cognitive function recovery in ischemic stroke patients and its major influencing factors .Methods One hundred and two ischemic stroke patients were divided into effective group (n=81)and ineffective group (n=21) .The patients received rehabilitation training following the community rehabilita‐tion guidance ,twice a day (30 -90 min once) for 60 days .Their MMSE score and Barthel index were recorded before and after rehabilitation training .Results The MMSE score and Barthel in‐dex were significantly higher in ischemic stroke patients after treatment than before treatment (28 .5 ± 3 .5 vs 20 .5 ± 1 .5 ,61 .7 ± 7 .4 vs 46 .6 ± 5 .6 ,P<0 .01) .Age ,education level ,exercise hab‐its ,alcohol drinking and low NIHSS score were the major influence factors for the rehabilitation training effect on cognitive impairment recovery in ischemic stroke patients .Conclusion Rehabili‐tation training plays a positive role in cognitive impairment recovery and is thus an economic ,ef‐fective and convenient method to recover cognitive impairment in ischemic stroke patients .%目的：分析早期社区康复指导对脑卒中患者认知功能恢复的疗效及其主要影响因素，以便更进一步地指导社区
