On Your Dream
Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous, dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame. I have a lot of dreams, too. When I was young, I dreamed of becoming a scientist like Hua Luogen in future. However, I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal. Although I was very busy, I never gave up my goal. I read a lot of books to get more knowledge. I made experiments to practise and apply what I have learnt from the books. Sometimes, I was to deeply indulged in my research that I forgot my meals and time. Now I have made great progress. Several of my research papers have been published. The methods proposed in my papers have been proven to be valuable for the solution of some problems. I am very happy. The ladder of becoming a scientist is still far ahead, but I have climbed the first rung anyway.
My View on Job-hopping
People have different attitudes towards their work. Some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. These people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. So if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work.
Others, on the other hand, like to change their jobs at times. In their opinion, people work in order to make more money. If they have a chance to get a better paid job, they will certainly try to get this chance. Besides, if a person does only one job all his life, he will certainly be bored with it.
My idea is that interest is the most important if one wants to excel others in his job. So if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. Otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to succeed in his career.
How to Improve Psychological Health
Nowadays more and more students have psychological health problem; therefore, people attach more importance on how to improve it.
A great deal of students both who are fed up with study and who are fond of study can’t load up on too much pressure so that they even have a thought of committing suicide. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to solve the problem. Firstly, the school authorities should encourage students to attend more activities on how to improve psychological health. Secondly, the school should also guide students how to relax themselves in various ways and provide a good learning environment for students, which can be helpful.
As a student, I hold the view that we ought to learn how to adapt to the new environment and relieve ourselves. We can do this in any available way like playing 知乎教育-打造培训界最走心的学校

Is Failure a Bad Thing?
In our life, failure is everywhere. Perhaps we will often encounter it when we don’t prepare for it. It always gives us a big surprise. When it comes to failure, different people have different ideas.
Some people become very dejected and give in to failure. Gradually, they fear failure and don’t dare to face it. So they can’t succeed in doing everything. Some people don’t fear failure. They believe that failure is temporary and they can overcome it finally. When facing failure, they never give up and make more efforts to do things. Because they believe that failure is the mother of success. Finally, they will become successful.
In my opinion, failure is not a bad thing. It lets us know that success is hard to get and it will give us more experience to overcome it. So we will understand how to make ourselves be successful.
Should We Help Others in Need?
Helping others has always been a traditional virtue of Chinese nation. However, nowadays, more and more people are unwilling to reach out their hands to those in need of help.
Two major reasons might account for this phenomenon. For one thing, our standards of morality have declined. With the development of market-oriented economy, people focus all of their attention on gaining their own benefits, thus there is no time left for them to consider others’ interests. It is a tragic fact that we have higher income, but fewer morals. For another, there is no denying that the whole society is faced with “credit crisis”. We have heard lots of news report that some warm-hearted man who helped others ended up being cheated. Fearing that it may bring unnecessary trouble, people would rather be a looker-on than to be involved in others’ business.
From my perspective, as qualified citizens, we should help those in need without any hesitation. As the saying goes, helping others is equal to helping ourselves, not only because it is a virtue to be ready to help others, but also because one day we will be those in need of help. But meanwhile we should also look out for potential traps and protect ourselves from being deceived. Only in this way can our society get rid of credit crisis and become more harmonious.
