【摘要】Objective To discuss and analyze the ef ect of hemolysis on clinical and biochemical test.Methods Choosed 124 samples from Mar to May in 2013 to analyze the hemolysis on clinical and biochemical test.Results The results of GIU,ALP in hemolysis group were lower than control ed group,and the results of ALT,AST,CHOL, TBIL,TP,UA,ALB were higher than controlled group.The results of clinical and biochemical test of these two groups had dif erent( <0.05).Conclusion There is significant disturbance of hemolysis on clinical and biochemical test,so we should take prevention to avoid hemolysis.%目的探讨和分析溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响。方法对我院2013年3~5月收集的124份溶血血液标本和正常体验者的血液标本进行分析，对各生化检验项目进行对比分析，探讨溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响。结果溶血组的GIU、ALP等指标明显低于对照组，而ALT、AST、CHOL、TBIL、TP、UA、ALB等指标明显高于对照组，两组生化指标检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(约0.05)。结论溶血现象对临床生化检验项目有明显的干扰和影响，临床生化检验工作中，应采取相应的措施预防和避免标本溶血的发生。 【总页数】2页(169-169,170)
