浅谈工厂配电房改造工程
摘要:随着我国现代化工业建设的迅速发展,工厂供电越来越复杂。大中型工厂经过几十年的发展,其能源之一的电力发生了巨大的变化。实际工作中,工厂的用电负荷增加太快,其等级不宜严格分开,原配电设备及配电房不能满足工厂生产生活需求,在原配电房基础上改造困难重重,最后形成目前的三路电源、两个配电房的格局。基于这种情况,本文结合工程实例,采用了一种低压配电方式,它不同于书本推荐的经典低压配电方式,成功地解决了实际困难。

Abstract: along with the rapid development of modern industrial construction, power plant and more and more complex. Large and medium-sized factory after decades of development, one of the energy of the electric power changed greatly. In the actual work, the power of the factory load increases too fast, its level should not be strictly separate, the original power distribution equipment and distribution can not meet the factory needs of production and life, in the original distribution reform based on the difficulties, eventually forming the three road power supply, two distribution pattern. Based on this kind of situation, combining with the project examples, using a low voltage distribution mode, it is different from the classical books recommended way of low voltage distribution, successfully resolve the practical difficulties.

1 工程概况
某工厂占地面积1800m2。有6个分厂,一个办公楼,一个技术开发中心。目前有两层搂的主配电室一座,内置高压室、变压器室、低压室。两路高压进线,一用一备(见图1), 变压器容量为:560kVA × 2,另在主配电室旁设有柴油发电机一台,为750kVA。因需要,增设一座800kVA辅配电房。
工厂主配电房向各分厂、办公大楼的配电室供电方式一般采取放射式的供电方式,以确保供电的可靠性;各分厂、办公大楼的配电室的供电方式多采用树干式与放射式相结合,以达到供电的经济性与可靠性。
由于工厂规模较大,生产必须协调发展。当电力不足时,只能按生产进度的轻重缓急来安排用电。所以不可能严格区分重要负荷和非重要负荷,这一特殊要
