鼻咽部低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描的临床研究

【摘要】Objective To study the low dose application of multislice CT scan in nasal pharyngeal and its clinical value. Methods 128 patients were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups, each group 32 cases, lines of conventional dose of 250mA and low doses of 100mA, 50mA, 30mA, spiral CT scan, comparing each image quality and radiation dose of the client. Results B, C, D group volume CT dose index(CTDIvol) and dose length product(DLP) was reduced by 64.16%, 82.08% and 64.16% respectively; Four groups was statistically difference between images, B and C image quality can meet the needs of the clinical diagnosis and treatment in both groups, group D image quality can not meet the diagnostic requirements. Conclusion 120kV, 50mA low-dose scan can not only ensure the quality of image of nose pharynx ministry, and can obviously reduce the radiation dose of client.%目的研究低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描在鼻咽部检查中的应用及其临床价值。方法将128例患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组各32例，分别行常规剂量250mA和低剂量100mA、50mA、30mA螺旋CT扫描，比较各组图像质量与受检者的辐射剂量。结果 B、C、D组容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)和剂量长度乘积(DLP)分别降低了64.16%、82.08%、89.24%；四组图像间有统计学差异，B、C两组图像质量可以满足临
