胰腺神经内分泌癌60例临床病理特征及外科治疗策略

【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and the effect of surgical treatment on pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma (PNEC).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with PNEC treated from January 1998 to November 2011 at Changhai Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The differences in survival rates and the duration of survival between the radical resection group and the palliative surgery group were compared with the log-rank test.Results Of 60 patients,50 received radical resection and 10 palliative surgery.The 5-year overall survival for the radical resection group was 51.5％.The overall survival at 3 years for the palliative surgery group was 10.0％.The median survival was 61 months for the radical resection group and 16 months for the palliative surgery group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Surgery is the first choice of treatment for PNEC.The survival of the radical resection group was significantly longer than that of the palliative surgery group.%目的 探讨胰腺神经内分泌癌(PNEC)的临床病理学特征与外科治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析长海医院1998年1月至2011年11月手术治疗的60例PNEC患者的临床病理学特征与外科治疗效果,采用log-rank检验比较根治性切除组与姑息性手术组患者生存情况之间的差异.结果 60例患者中行根治
