多因素影响下的沥青混合料温度散失规律研究

【摘要】在影响沥青路面压实质量的诸多因素中,沥青混合料的碾压温度最为重要,这就要求沥青路面的碾压要在规定的时间内完成,因此对有效碾压时间的研究非常必要.文中通过沥青混合料的温度散失试验,研究摊铺层厚度、风速、气温及下卧层温度等因素影响下沥青混合料温度随时间的变化规律,回归各因素影响下有效碾压时间的预估公式,并在此基础上确定多因素共同影响下沥青混合料有效碾压时间的预估公式,通过施工现场碾压过程中的温度观测验证有效碾压时间预估公式的准确性.%In the influence factors of the compaction quality,temperature is most important,which requires the asphalt pavement compaction shall be completed within the specified time,therefore the effective compaction time research is very necessary.This article through the asphalt mixture temperature loss test,researches paving layer thickness,velocity,temperature and the underlying layer temperature and other factors affecting the asphalt mixture temperature variation with time,regresses the factors affecting the effective compaction time prediction formula,and on this basis to determine various factors of asphalt mixture under effective rolling time estimate formula,through the construction site during the compaction temperature observations validate effective compaction time prediction
