构建新型高职高专院校和谐师生关系探析

【摘要】A harmonious relationship between teachers and students can directly determine the qual-ity of the students and in the long run the development of the higher vocational colleges. It can improve the teaching level of vocational colleges. Our research group made a questionnaire to investigate the relationship between teachers and students in 10 higher medical vocational colleges in Zhejiang. Based on the result of the questionnaire, we put forward our way of constructing a new type relationship between teachers and students, that is, establishment of advanced concept, introduction of scientific mechanism, construction of human-oriented environment.%高职高专院校师生关系的和谐与否将直接影响学生的培养质量和学校未来的发展,构建新型师生关系有助于提高高职高专院校的办学水平.2005年,我们对浙江省10所高职高专院校的师生关系状况进行了问卷调查,在系统分析调查资料的基础上,提出从确立先进的理念、引入科学的机制、营造人性的环境三方面人手,构建新型和谐师生关系.
